Walter E. Brackelmanns, M.D. is a graduate of Rutgers University and Georgetown Medical School, interned at LA County Hospital and then trained at the Langely Porter Neuro-psychiatric Institute, Neuro-psychiatric Institute and LA Psychoanalytic Institute. Trained by Harry Arons, Walter is a member of AAEH for 30 years, serving as president for the past 10 years and has a private practice in Sherman Oaks, CA in hypnosis, couples therapy and intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy. Dr. Brackelmanns has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show, had his ideas elaborated on the Today Show, and had his own nationally syndicated television program entitled "Couples". Joann Abrahamsen is an AAEH certified consultant in hypnosis, and was named the Association to Advance Ethical Hypnosis 1992 "Person of the Year". The recipient of the 2002 & 2004 President's Award and the 2003 Harry Arons Award, she is currently the Executive Director of the AAEH. Abrahamsen is noted for her lively and entertaining presentations. Kanta is an artist, writer and interfaith minister Kanta has 37 years experience as facilitator in integrative programs for creativity and personal growth and has a private practice in Wernersville, PA, in Creative Life Coaching and Guided Imagery. Roxanne Louise is a hypnotist, dowser, Reiki Master, is author of numerous books on hypnosis, dowsing and Reiki. Featured in a NY Times full page article, she received the 2005 “Harry Arons Award for Total Dedication” from AAEH; and was named “1996 Woman of the Year” by the IHHF. She has a private practice in Central Virginia, and Roseland, NJ. , an AAEH certified consultant in hypnosis, was named the Association to Advance Ethical Hypnosis 1990 "Person of the Year" and was recipient of the 2002 Harry Arons Award. Currently the National Secretary of the AAEH. Jim was the producer and host of "Body, Mind & Spirit Connection" for WCWP, 88.1 FM. With over thirty four years medical experience, Jim has a private practice in Long Island, NY and N. Miami, Florida. , a member of AAEH for over 30 years, was trained by Harry Arons, and serves as Vice President. He has a private practice in SC and has used NLP successfully for many years. , is an NGH Board Certified Hypnotist and, since 2002, Proprietor of Hudson Valley Hypnosis in Poughkeepsie NY. Before he came to practice hypnosis he had a long career with IBM. After retiring from IBM he decided to pursue his long held interest in hypnosis and before he knew it, realized he had a second career and could apply hypnosis to help people make their own lives better.
